Did you know...?

Stop hay fever in its tracks.
Mobilize your defences now!

The first pollen gets airborne early in the year, and by March and April the onslaught will be well under way. Acupuncture is a tried and tested method of preventing hay fever and has no side effects.

Ideally, you should begin preventive TCM treatment as early as six to eight weeks before the pollen you are allergic to starts to spread. Keep an eye on the forecast pollen counts, e.g. at www.pollenundallergie.ch.

Depending on your specific health requirements, a combination of acupuncture and herbal therapy is recommended. The aim is to strengthen the immune system whilst also preventing excessive immune reactions.

TCM therapies for hay fever have a lasting effect if they are repeated over two or three successive years. Over time, the body’s defences grow stronger, and the immune reactions diminish.
