Coronavirus: Our commitment to protection

At TCM Chan we are taking the coronavirus threat seriously. We are making every effort to protect you and our staff and prevent the spread of the virus.

• We will refrain from shaking hands when greeting you, but welcome you with our hearts instead.
• Hand sanitizer dispensers are available for your use at our TCM practices.
• The staff at our practices have an overriding obligation to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
• Our therapists will wear surgical masks during your treatment if you wish.
• We are adhering strictly to the advice given by the health ministry (BAG).
• We are currently unable to treat patients if they show symptoms of cold or flu.
• None of our therapists or their family members have travelled to any high-risk areas since the outbreak of the crisis, nor have they received visitors from any of those regions.
• We are supplementing all our TCM treatments with therapies designed to strengthen the immune system.
